REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent *
- 2 years experience in customer support, account management, business development or similar customer-facing role *
- Intermediate English *
- Relationship Building and Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Analytical Skills and Spreadsheets
RESPONSABILITIES
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, understanding their needs and goals.
- Work closely with the Sales team to meet goals and ensure a great customer experience.
- Identify key decision-makers and advise schools on best practices.
- Meet retention targets while providing excellent support to school partners.
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This is a full-time hybrid role located in Buenos Aires for a Customer Success Manager at fidu. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing data to improve customer experiences, retaining customers, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
